Children's Yoga

Our specialist children's yoga teachers provide classes for toddlers through to teenagers. Through movement, song and stories our classes support the development of the child or young adult and promote wellbeing.

School Workshop: half/ full-day workshops are designed to broaden the children's &/or teachers awareness of healthy living and to promote a positive attitude to eating well and enjoying activities.

We draw from an extended team across health and creative fields, to create your ideal programme.
